After working as a Flight Attendant out of Portland, OR, and teaching ESL to adults from around the world, I retired to Taos, NM. Within a year of moving there, my favorite cafe closed, and we turned around and bought it! 😳

My husband and I have had a blast running it and getting to meet people from around the globe, and locally. Aside from that, we are involved with local politics, and serve in a local group, Enchanted Circle Interfaith, as Interfaith Ministers.
Interestingly, one of our neighbors in Taos is also a Madera graduate-Kristina Ortez, serving as a state Rep. And a high school friend of mine, David Rodrigues, with his lovely wife, Sherri Martinez, bought a house in Taos! Small world!
We love surprise visitors, so please feel free to stop in Taos Java during your travels!
